We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales in the events, booth, and merchandising sectors, targeting brands seeking construction solutions for their promotional and marketing needs.
Responsibilities:
Identify and Target Brands:Proactively identify and target brands in need of construction services for events, booths, and merchandising purposes.
Develop a strong understanding of potential clients’ needs and tailor our construction solutions to meet their requirements.
Sales and Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market demands.
Database Management:Utilize and expand on existing databases to enhance sales opportunities.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the events, booth, and merchandising sectors.
- Existing database of potential clients is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Salary: Rp6,000,000 – Rp10,000,000 per month
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
