1. Litigation Staff

Job Requirements :

  • Max 35 y.o. in 2020
  • A Bachelor graduated in Law Major with minimum GPA 3,00
  • A minimum of 4 years experienced in litigation, banking/financial institution/law firm, capital market
  • Has a Legal License as an Advocate
  • Has expertise in handling cases related to banking/financial institution/ capital market transaction (including sharia finance) and international cases

2. Regulatory Staff

Job Requirements :

  • Max 35 y.o. in 2020
  • A Bachelor graduate in Law with minimum GPA of 3,00
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in banking/sharia banking/capital market
  • Experiences in Corporate Legal /Corporate Lawyer would be preferred
  • Have a wide understanding of banking law/Islamic banking law/capital market
  • Certified in Himpunan Konsultan Hukum Pasar Modal (HKHPM) would be preffered

3. Staff Analysis of Resolution Methods

Job Requirements :

  • A Bachelor graduated in Economic, Management, Accountant Major with minimum GPA 3,00
  • A minimum of 3 years experienced in banking, especially related work with Strategic Management Departement, Finance, Product Development, ALM would be preferred
  • Certified in General Banking/Risk Management/Banking Operation would be preferred
  • Experienced in Recovery Plan Forming would be preferred for Staff Preparation of Resolution Planning
  • Have a wide understanding of banking balance sheet

4. Bank Valuation Analyst

Job Requirements :

    A Bachelor graduated in Economic, Management, Accountant with minimum GPA of 3,00
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in property/business appraisal team
  • Certified as Property/Business Appraiser
  • Possess technical skill related to appraisal technique and have a wide understanding of “Standar Penilaian Indonesia” and “Kode Etik Penilai Indonesia”
  • Experiences in conducting valuation processes, especially in banks

5. IT General Control

Job Requirements :

  • Max 35 y.o. in 2020
  • A Bachelor graduated in Information Technology/ Information System with a minimum GPA of 3,00
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT for Banking, especially in IT General Control
  • Have an adequate understanding of the Bank’s Core Banking System, especially the CBS database format
  • Have the ability to process data using data processing tools including SQL, ACL, Excel
  • Understanding banking knowledge would be preferred.

6. Commercial Bank Audit Analyst

Job Requirements :

  • Max 35 y.o. in 2020
  • A Bachelor graduated in Accounting/Banking with a minimum GPA of 3,00
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Commercial Bank Audit or Credit Analyst
  • Have an adequate understanding related to credit measurement by accordance with banking accounting and PSAK, especially regarding the application of PSAK 71 and PSAK 68
  • Having experience working in a Public Accountant Firm that is affiliated with an International Public Accountant Firm, preferably
  • Having work experience in medium / large scale commercial banks is more likely.

7. Treasury Analyst

Job Requirements :

  • Max 35 y.o. in 2020
  • A Bachelor graduated in Accounting / Management / Economy / Technical / Science Major with minimum GPA 3,00
  • A minimum of 6 years experienced related in Treasury, Dealing Room, or Middle Office
  • Have an in-depth understanding of securities/derivatives transactions (interest rates and exchange rates)/money market
  • Have a deep understanding of the measurement of market risk and liquidity risk
  • Preferably have worked in a medium /large scale commercial bank.

8. Sharia Bank Audit Analyst

Job Requirements :

  • Max 35 y.o. in 2020
  • A Bachelor graduated in Accounting / Management / Economy / Technical / Science Major with minimum GPA 3,00
  • A minimum of 6 years experienced related to Sharia Commercial Bank
  • A minimum of 6 years related to Sharia Commercial Bank
  • Experience in Sharia Auditing would be preferred
  • Have a deep understanding related to sharia banking products and transactions as well as the fulfillment of important aspects of sharia (fiqih mu’amalah)
  • Have knowledge of Sharia PSAK
  • Experience in Public Accountant Office affiliated with International Public Accountant Office would be preferred
  • Preferably have worked in a medium and/or large scale Sharia Commercial Bank.

Tentang LPPI

Rekrutmen LPPI

Lembaga Pengembangan Perbankan Indonesia (LPPI) didirikan melalui Akte Nomor 35 oleh Kantor Notaris Mr Suwandi dengan nama Yayasan Akademi Bank (YAB) pada tanggal 18 Desember 1958 dengan para pendiri awal Bank Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Industri Negara, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Tabungan Pos, Perbana dan Yayasan Pendidikan Kader Bank. Dalam perkembangannya LPPI mengalami beberapa kali pergantian nama. Melalui Akte Perubahan No. 73 yang diterbitkan Kantor Notaris Raden Soerojo Wongsowidjojo tanggal 21 Agustus 1963 nama Yayasan Akademi Bank berganti menjadi Yayasan Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu Keuangan dan Perbankan (PTIKP), yang mana PTIKP berada di bawah Menteri Urusan Bank Sentral / Gubernur Bank Indonesia.

Pada 30 April 1970 oleh Kantor Notaris Abdul Latief dengan Akte No.94 berubah nama menjadi Yayasan Pengembangan Perbankan Indonesia (YPPI), dengan pendiri terdiri atas, Bank Indonesia, Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Bapindo), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Dagang Negara (BDN), Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (BEII), Bank Bumi Daya (BBD), Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) dan Perbankan Nasional Swasta (Perbanas).

Pendiri Lembaga Pengembangan Perbankan Indonesia (LPPI) adalah Bank Indonesia melalui Kantor Notaris Karsono SH dengan Akte No. 24 tanggal 29 Desember 1977, dengan tujuan :

  • Memperoleh tenaga pimpinan perbankan yang bermutu.
  • Mempertinggi nilai/mutu pengetahuan perbankan dengan menyelenggarakan riset terhadap masalah masalah yang berhubungan dengan dunia perbankan
  • Memupuk dan memperluas pengertian masyarakat terhadap dunia perbankan.

LPPI sempat berganti nama menjadi Institut Bankir Indonesia (IBI) melalui Kantor Notaris Modofir Hadi SH dengan Akte No.58 tanggal 8 Januari 1993. Rachmat Saleh (sebagai Gubernur Bank Indonesia) menyatakan niat dan kesediaan Bank Indonesia untuk melanjutkan pengembangan usaha YPPI (LPPI) atas beban biaya Bank Indonesia.

Pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2002 Dewan Nasional IBI memutuskan antara lain bahwa IBI akan menjadi organisasi Profesi Bankir di Indonesia dan melepaskan kegiatan pendidikan, pelatihan, penelitian, pengembangan serta konsultasi. Pada tanggal 29 Agustus 2003 IBI diserahkan kembali ke Pengurus Yayasan LPPI. Sepanjang masa peralihan, operasional kegiatan lembaga tetap berjalan sebagaimana biasa.

Pada 31 Desember 2003 kembali menjadi LPPI melalui Akta No.117 yang diterbitkan oleh Kantor Notaris Imas Fatimah dengan pendiri YPPI dengan modal atau kekayaan berasal dari kekayaan dan sarana/prasarana pendidikan eks IBI plus tambahan modal dari kekayaan yang dipisahkan dari Yayasan.

Pada tanggal 27 Desember 2012 menurut akta notaris Ferry Mahendra Permana, S.H. nomor 5, didirikan LPPI era baru yang menjalankan kegiatannya sampai saat ini.
