FINANCE AUDITOR INTERNSHIP

Job Description:

• Supporting GSG Team during self Assesment period
• Supporting in the documents fulfillment process for ISO 37001 certification
• Maintaining all documents for archiving purposs

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management or Administration with minimum GPA 3,00 from reputable university
• No work experience required
• Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential infomation
• Ahigh Degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
• Able to work as a team and independently
• Attention to detail accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic Computer skill
• Fluent in English, both oral and written

ORAGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP

Job Description:

• Manage the effectiviness of organization structure & job descriptions
• Review performing manpower calculation and set ratios to justify the manpower requirements
• Develop & Implement company wide OD & talent programs to support workforce & Business goals
• Operate Talent Mapping in support of career and succession Palnning program
• Perform job evaluation, identify anf provide job competencies and grading structure
• Manage the performance appraisal, performance review process and appropriate feedback
• Involve process mapping to assess and imporve process effectivenes
• Design and develop of policies, procedure and work instruction to all units
• Evaluate Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes

Requirements:

• Male and Single
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in Psykology or Human Resource Management with GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• No work experience required
• Ahigh Degree of multi-tasking
• Able to work as a team and independently
• Attention to detail accuracy
• Excellent in Microsoft Office and basic Computer skill
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
