Research and Development Staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science.
- 1-2 years of working experience in polymer processing or building material manufacturing, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in English.
- Good knowledge in software applications; CAD drafting skill is a plus.
Main Job Description:
- Conduct research and testing to develop and evaluate alternative materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize product specifications.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Evaluate existing products to enhance quality and performance.
- Provide technical support to the marketing team.
