GENERAL ADMIN (PAID INTERNSHIP)
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Last year student from a reputable university with accounting or administration major. Fresh graduates is also welcome.
- Able to work fully on site at determined schedule
- Proficient in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites and Google Suites
- Team player, able to work independently, willing to learn, honest, and active.
Job Description:
- Make sales recap of credit card and cash.
- Responsible for checking, supplying and maintaining office supply.
- Stocking departments with their necessary supplies before they are needed.
- Check all arrived items according to bill order.
- Responsible for recapting all invoices and working with the tax consultant to ensure payments are made in time, scheduled, and prepared.
- Keeping inventory of PT Trend Studios assets, machines, and supplies.
- Manage petty cash (make sure that petty cash is used based on Company needs).
- Keep confidential information including the access for an online account in a file and up to date.
- To perform any additional assignment required by Superior.
- Received purchase orders from clients and distributed it to the company internal team.
- Responsible for receivable and payable accounts.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Rp2,500,000 – Rp3,500,000 per month
