Qualifications :
1. Min. graduate from SMA / SMK
2. Able to operate Ms Excel & MS Office
3. Good written & spoken in english (preferred)
4. Able to do administrative work
5. Able to make formal letter & email
6. Attractive & neat
7. Responsible & good working attitude
8. Able to work in team & individually
9. Willing to work overtime
10. Discipline, detail & able to work under pressure
11. Willing to be located in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta
Task & Responsibility :
1. Arrange & tracking import/ export shipment
2. Communicate & coordinating shipment process between customer and liner
3. Notify customer’s request to sales team
4. Preparing, re-check shipment documents & others administrative works.
